I will gladly return or exchange any t shirt purchased from my Pricetronic store within 30 days of your confirmed delivery. I do stress the importance of checking my sizing chart or emailing me any sizing questions before ordering if you are unsure on size. What is your policy should a dispute arise?
As much as I would love to believe a dispute will never arise, I know better. I strive to bring you the best value in high quality t shirts I can. Both in the physical product itself and by my customer service. If through the course of doing business with Shirtquarters you feel that somehow that previous statement did not apply to your transaction, please let me know. 99% of all unresolved disputes are a result of a lack of communication. I am not perfect and life does happen to me and my small shop as well. Unforeseen delays and personal issues can affect my shipping timelines. I charge a flat fee to ship as many t shirts as you want. Since post office rates are always changing, please refer to the middle part of this listing for current pricing. Pricing is divided into three regions: United States, Canada and Rest of the World. So buy 1 or 100 and you will pay the same low shipping fee. When will you ship out my order?
My policy is to print and ship out an order 5 business days after you have completed the purchase. That means payment has been sent and cleared. I custom hand screen print each one of these t shirts and thus it takes a bit longer than mass produced items where all the seller has to do is pull an already printed t shirt off the shelf and ship it. If you have a special need or timeline for the t shirt, I ask you to please reach out to me first to make sure your date can be met. My shipping timelines are guidelines and not 100% truths. I am a small business and my personal life does affect me in ways that a large corporation is unaffected by. I strive to make up for that by providing the highest customer service possible. If there has been an unreasonable delay or lack of communication about a delay on my end, I will offer you whatever remedy I can. This is done on a case by case basis.
