Returns, Warranty & Shipping Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. All products include a 30-day warranty from the delivery date, covering functional issues not caused by misuse, accidental damage, or improper handling. 

We offer free shipping on most products, except for select brands or specific items where shipping fees may apply. Our standard shipping method is USPS Ground Advantage or an equivalent service.

As wholesale distributors, we may occasionally bundle orders and ship them via UPS, FedEx, or another equivalent carrier. We will never downgrade your shipping service, only upgrade or change to an equivalent one.
