A 1980s VINTAGE RETRO BOOMBOX !! PRE-OWNED
• LASONiC Model No. TRC-920
• Very clean for how old it is. (NOT PERFECT THOUGH)
• Both antennas are still intact, extend out and capture frequencies.
•Light Hum noise if the radio isn’t properly tuned into the station or knobs incorrectly adjusted.
•PLEASE understand , this unit May require maintenance for how old it is. (We are no professionals in boomboxes, we don’t know if it has underlying problems . )
•Powers On, Radio works , lights work , cassette functions appear to work, it spins flawlessly and is clean on the inside .
• Knobs for - Left only and Right only function works
•All knobs appear to function or have an effect on the unit while powered on .
Again, we are not professionals so buy with caution.
• Any underlying issues is a risk you’re willing to take!
• We’ve got video evidence of the unit fully functional at the time of this listing going live.

⚠️- Casette player - works when you press buttons like play , eject. Don’t have a tape to test it 100%
⚠️-Microphone Line In - audio ports untested.
⚠️-Battery operation untested
✅-No burnt out lights , from what we noticed .
⚠️Minor Scuffs , dings on the body. Please review photos !
For its day, this box was pretty powerful. The power amp consists of two Sanyo LA4440 chips.
The bass comes on very early on the volume scale, partly because the woofer surrounds are soft and flexible. And those woofers are mounted to a partially-enclosed chassis which may amplify the bass to some degree.
This box puts out a lot of treble too. But it's not one of the most accurate or clean sounding boomboxes. So if you like classical music or acoustic guitar, this is not the right box for you. But if you like rap, electro, house, or action-movie soundtracks, this is your box.
