Comes as is but appears to be working properly.
Tested with cable and powers up. Didn’t try batteries. Radio came in well, bass adjustment worked, tried cassettes on both sides and played. When choosing tape mode be careful not to switch while playing as it can eat the tape then. Needs cleaned a bit otherwise good to go! Comes as is as seen in images.
